The promotion campaign for the launching of a new payment system by the Madagascar's Central Bank is disconcerting the individuals. It is normal; they are a wee bit concerned by this technological renewal. The reason for it is the low rate of pay check use by the masses. However, apart from the enterprises, all users will benefit from the acceleration of exchanges between banking institutions. [1 Euro]

The quick court decision in the case February 07th is in itself not bad at all. The problem is the systematic violation of judicial processes. Those who were longing for it got the condemnation of Marc Ravalomanana, not a complete surprise though, as the HAT has long been straining to rule him out of from the political arena.
The court had to condemn Marc Ravalomanana prior to the incoming electoral deadlines. Job done. It has long been required to do so, but neither the facts nor the court itself were believable enough to proceed. This latest express condemnation is now a cause for doubts about the ordinary criminal court’s independence, expertise of which is vehemently challenged by the defense. [1 Euro]

As an outcome of a two days long trial non stop, and systematic violations of the defence’s rights, everything still remains as dim as at the beginning about the sad event which claimed 30 casualties. Although an ordinary criminal court condemned the ousted president Marc Ravalomanana, this tragedy’s real issues have not been addressed in order to prevent it from happening again. [1 Euro]
