Weather drawbacks: The Alaotra region flooded by Hubert

Though it has nothing yet of a large scale hurricane, the Hubert tropical depression has caused important damages in some of the Great Isle's regions. The Alaotra region is already threatened with flooding though Hubert's eye is located far away.
Hubert penetrated on the Malagasy soil in Mananjary's surroundings, in the country's south east, on March 10th. It dashed through the Great Isle's southern center at 10km per hour.
Never ending rain was its guest. All around Ambatondrazaka, some rice fields are currently being seriously threatened by the rise of water levels. Various other regions are , however, standing by Hubert to receive some more water, namely the island's dry southern parts. In these regions, drought is devastating again. Some areas have vainly been expecting rain since November. Starvation is on its way.
