Holiday time and juicy news for transportation companies 16/07/2010 | 13:20:35

Home based intercity transport companies officially announced an incoming ticket price rise. Regional prices will always be all but stable.

Annual holidays are this rise’s main cause. Trekkers hitting the road to the Great Isle’s various regions, namely the seaside are increasing, although official exams are not yet over.

Transportation companies are keen on pulling profits from this, while insuring that this rise has nothing to do with the recent fuel price rise.

Generally speaking, Mahajanga (North West) and Toamasina up to Foulpointe (East) are the top two seaside destinations for Madagascar’s highlanders. August is repeatedly the season’s climax in those regions
