A duel of prayers

Rajoelina’s supporters strike back with equally holding a prayer ceremony of their own for the nation in the afternoon of Sunday, June 17th, in International Conference Centre of Ivato, in response to the same kind of gathering organized one week earlier by the leaders of FFKM as a way to welcome the resumption of negotiations supposed to drive the country out of from the current political crisis. This reaction can be held as the evidence of a certain aversion from the Rajoelina sphere for mediation process supported by the heads of the FFKM church.
A particularly strong military presence was noticed during the religious ceremony organized by Andry Rajoelina’s proxies. All of the transitional regime’s senior officials attended the ceremony, just as the regime’s leader’s parents were. The presence of one fringe of Antananarivo’s FFKM could equally not be overlooked. Rajoelina’s proxies are apparently longing for creating division within Madagascar’s Confederation of Christian Churches by opposing its leaders to each other. Rajoelina’s family and staff were all present, apart from Mialy Rajoelina, his First Lady.
During the similar ceremony previously organized by the leaders of the FFKM confederation, the President of the Transitional Supreme Council, General Dolin Rasolosoa, was Andry Rajoelina’s regime’s single collaborator, who attended the prayer session. Most of the political parties involved in the settlement of the Madagascan crisis do however accept the FFKM as a suitable mediator for the sake of putting an end to the political crisis.

The city named Fianarantsoa, located in the southern part of Madagascar's central regions, has been invaded by legions of migrating locusts. The occurence happens to be seldom enough to deserve a say. The invader massively assaulted green spaces. According to eye witnesses, swarms of locusts hovering above the city plunged it into the dark for a while. Each and every official presidential candidate serving into the transitional government, the transitional parliament or any other public position, must resign before this year's May . Jean Omer Beriziky gave a piece of his mind to the Special Electoral Court when condemning a "far too flagrant blunder" as a response to the validation of Andry Rajoelina's candidacy to the incoming presidential election basically expected to take place on july, 24th. The Prime Minister declared however that he could nothing but ring the alarm bell in face of such a deviation. Former Malagasy president Didier Ratsiraka, current candidate running the incoming presidential elections basically expected to take place on July, 24th, strongly opposes the use of the "single ballot". He holds this project as foolish, considering the unexpectedly high number of candidates and the high rate of illiteracy on the Great Isle. "Not even developed countries are making use of any single ballot. I wonder why on earth should a developing country like Madagascar ever go for it." declared the former president in a talk show produced by the TV PLUS channel. the current transitional leader will have to resign from his position before this year's May, 26th. The electoral code actually wants any acting state leader to step down at least 60 days before the presidential election's D-day.
