Ravalomanana and Rajoelina, back to the Seychelles again to renew negotiation

The never ending Malagasy political crisis goes on. The couple of main decision makers are in for another round of talks, the second one, in the Seychelles islands. They are deemed to meet on August 8th. The average Joe back home has however long lost any good prospect.
Marius Fransman, the South African mediator in the Malagasy crisis intends to join Antananarivo on August 9th, immediately after the meeting of August 8th. He expects to deliver whatever eventual progress achieved through this round of negotiations. The settlement of the crisis remains however more elusive than ever. Wrath is on its way up back home, but Andry Rajoelina remains confident in his assets and his ability to keep in control in defiance of the general trend
