The transitional leader Andry Rajoelina argued to have received no invitation to attend the SADC led next meeting in Tanzania with the former president Marc Ravalomanana, and does consequently not plan to get there at all. One more shot in the dark in the crisis settlement process, which mainly gravitates around both leading figures. As for Marc Ravalomanana, he and his closest advisors are already waiting in Tanzania, while the SADC’s troika addresses the Malagasy crisis related issue, among various other points, in the Capital city Dar Es Salaam. Tanzania would have willingly welcomed another head to head round of talks between both leading figures, a round which in the end, will fail from coming true at all. [See]
