Andry Rajoelina summons political parties to join his parallel search of a settlement to the crisis

On February 19th, Marc Ravalomanana tried to join Antananarivo from Johannesburg, and gathered an outstanding crowd dying for welcoming him at the airport. The former president achieved at least one thing: demonstrating his high relevance in the settlement process.
