Dany Be has long been being famed across the local press world for his snapshots. He has been being a reporter since 1959. Aged 77, the patriarch is still in the block. Dany Be is now preparing his “last exposal ever”, although his friends cannot figure it out as such.

Dany Be produced the best snapshots in the run of the events which punctuated the aftermaths of the Isle´s independence, and he proudly knows that to be true. Dany Be was one of the scarce reporters who captured the bloody events which occurred in the country´s south in 1971, as the Monima party led a rural violently silenced rural uprising. When the armed forces shot straight at the demonstrating crowd on Mai 13th, 1972, he was there too. For years he has been collecting old photos illustrating Madagascar´s recent history, and often, its tough reality. Dany Be is going to present his snapshots on November 21st at the CITE in Ambatonakanga, one last time, as he says
