Demonstrations against the Jirama

Antananarivo´s eastern part spent more than two hours in the dark, in the evening of October 26th. The situation is slowly getting on people´s nerves 

The national water and electricity supplier´s officials blame the black outs on water going scarce. Fuel supply problems are besides not contributing to improve the situation. 

The demonstration´s incentive is the request for service quality standards for users normally paying their bills, and the denunciation of scores of administration departments ignoring the Jirama´s invoices in full impunity, whereas normal users are being, in this case, right away sanctioned
