Tensions in the Great Isle are being revived by the dismissal of HAT defense minister. Noel Rakotonandrasana is leaving time for his friends and collaborators to react prior to a final decision.

General Noel Rakotonandrasana is patiently waiting for his “friends”‘ reaction

A press conference given by the dismissed general has displayed no panic signs at all. He clearly stated that his dismissal has not yet completely come into force. In clear words, could he be insured of enough support from his men, general Rakotonandrasana might resist the order. He is actually intending to make his private military circle’s referendum prior to potentially hitting the road.

The HAT defense minister is, thereupon, intending to make his decision…later. His “disappointment” could, however, hardly been hidden. Noel Rakotonandrasana argued to have been very lately informed of his dismissal; the allegation has been denied by some of Andry Rajoelina’s collaborators. The fate of a broken army will be hanging by the dismissed and disappointed general’s decision.

Noel Rakotonandrasana was part of the very first high ranke officers to have rallied Rajoelina in March 2010. He directed the CAPSAT camp’s mutiny, which led to the successful putsch of Mid March.
