Manandafy Rakotonirina : « Fund shortage soon »

The MFM party leader, Manandafy Rakotonirina, is talking about pending national and international “fund shortage”. The state will soon be no more able to pay foreign debts back and share wages to civil servants at the time. One of the HAT leader’s collaborators is however denying.

The High Authority of Transition seems to recognize the multiple and genuine difficulties. Several ministerial services actually do not get what it takes to complete duty correctly. Providers increasingly appear reluctant to provide further more. Professors and searchers have engaged in a long strike since the ministry ran out of money to pay them.

State subsidies dedicated to several communes have equally vanished. We’re out of money as a matter of fact! But the HAT says it isn’t.
