Political crisis : Joaquim Chissano in for a Malagasy made « inclusive » solution

Chissano was meant to meet with all of the Malagasy crisis’ actors during his short visit in Antananarivo. He basically meant to meet Andry Rajoelina on July 23rd but the High Authority of Transition’s leader is not in the capital city

The SADC mediator equally intended to meet the civil society members straining to organize the regional and national debates supposed to lead to the crisis’ settlement.

Generally speaking, Chissano displays openness towards any proposal likely to end power struggles in the Great Isle. He clearly confirmed that he had nothing to enforce.
