The constitutional referendum postponed

The electoral campaign for August 12th’s constitutional referendum was supposed to start on Monday, June 28th. But no common ground has so far been found about the fourth republic’s constitution.

Everything is being hanging by the organization of the national dialog. For the time being, organizers are still straining to draw political figures to take part.

Andry Rajoelina has, however, long before ceremoniously announced August as the referendum’s month. March 2010 has equally been announced in November 2009 as that of the legislative elections.
