The genuine signature of the roadmap will come true… eventually

The SADC´s mediator, Joachim Chissano, has officially announced that the signing of the roadmap would be eventually completed as a consequence of talks between regional leaders. However, no rendezvous with the Presidents of the SADC has yet been scheduled. The political entity Escopol has, besides, addressed the SADC´s point concerning communal elections expected to be cast this year in Madagascar, and the mediator replied that the poll in  is not appropriate.
The elections planned by HAT in this year will consequently not contribute to settle the crisis. The main dividing issue will have to be addressed first as a priority, namely all political exiled figures´ recovery of home soil, including former Malagasy president Marc Ravalomanana.
