Bank loan: in sharp increase during the end of the year

In recent times, major Banks in Madagascar have registered sharp increases of bank loan requests. In fact, while referring to the various campaigns and promotional publicities performed throughout the year, these financial institutions reported significant increase of 21% in bank loans during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays.

Bank loans in this particular time of the year can be used for various purposes, including real-estate loans, construction loans, leisure activity loans, or simply loans that will be used for other projects. The acute decrease in financial means when realizing projects, both among simple salaried workers and companies, constitutes one important reason for the increase of bank loan requests. In response to such an increase, most local banks competitively promote new offers with the ultimate aims of attracting a wider range of new subscribers and to give satisfaction to subscribed clients.
