Journalists rather do postpone the election of their representative at the electoral commission

This election basically scheduled on February 15th and 17th, then finally canceled, has turned into a stumbling block. Only those ones owning press cards will be entitled to vote, and everyone finally agreed on the fact that the register will have to be reviewed prior to that.
Many civil servants from the Ministry of Communication were granted press cards, although having no business with it whatsoever.
