It did so in 2009 by paving the HAT`s way, now it is doing it again by suspending all of the unilaterally erected institutions ever since. General Noel Rakotonandrasana is the one leading armed forces against the leadership´s deviations.

One part of the army is facing to its responsibilities

More than a year after leading his military putsch, Andry Rajoelina might be on his way to become the target of a brand new one planned by the very same officers who paved his way by then. General Noel Rakotonandrasana is once again on top of a military insurgency expecting to bring down a long contested regime. Just as in 2009, army officers are surrounding him during the statement. Colonel Richard Ravalomanana would have tried to engage talks with the “rebellion”. These talks are for the time being ruling out any assault against the army´s elite forces.
