One part of the army is facing to its responsibilities

More than a year after leading his military putsch, Andry Rajoelina might be on his way to become the target of a brand new one planned by the very same officers who paved his way by then. General Noel Rakotonandrasana is once again on top of a military insurgency expecting to bring down a long contested regime. Just as in 2009, army officers are surrounding him during the statement.
