The United States have been denying him entry to the eleventh hour, since the transitional leader wanted to meet in Washington D.C. the few parliamentarians part of the Congressional Black Caucus group supporting him. The United States did not contribute to make it easy at all. Not a single one of his delegation members was allowed to enter the US territory. As for Andry Rajoelina himself, he has no right to enter a 40 m² wide square surrounding the United Nations’ building… and would do well not to lightly dare the odds
