The civil society group, locally called GSCC, proposed to turn Antananarivo city into a howling ghost town on March 22nd. This group requires the restoration of the rule of law in the country through the creation of a different political deal. The GSCC actually walks in the footsteps left by Professor Raymond Ranjeva and his staff, namely the promotion of the restoration of any rule of law. Although no one says it loud… yet…any new birth for the rule of law induces a blow on everything that has been so far, in clear, the twilight time for the current transitional ruling power
