The Island’s southern and southeastern threatened by a cyclone

Once again, the southern and the southeastern parts of the country are being threatened. Both regions have already been seriously hit by a couple of cyclones since the beginning of the risky season. 

The new disruption is named Joël, and heads toward the southeast. The jeopardized inhabited areas have already received the official alarm. 

The latest couple of cyclonic depressions have led to sixty casualties and some 100,000 homeless victims in Madagascar.
