SEFAFI: critics for politicians and the SADC, encouragement for the HAT

The SEFAFI is straining to bounce back following its loss of legitimacy caused by its doubtuf neutrality. The observatory of national life pointed at the Malagasy political class as the responsible of the two years long crisis. 
These politicians are holding the people in hostage “, argued the SEFAFI. Due to the amazing connection between the Group and the ruling power during the destruction of the 3rd Republic and that of the latest democratically elected regime, the pointed responsibles´identities are no more controversial. 
Since the SEFAFI repeats the ruling power´s words, the three political spheres denying legitimacy to the year 2009´s putsch are likely to be pointed at. The HAT is however part of those taking the people in hostage by refusing to give in an restore a true democratic transition and by keeping on concealing a dictatorial power behind a fake consensus and fake inclusiveness. In any case, the SEFAFI is calling upon the ruling authority to take a firm decision about the organization of elections. 
Such a stand is absolutely looking down on the international mediation. The HAT must be appreciating such a blessing from the SEFAFI which pledges a unilateral process. A major accomplished fact is being held as an incentive: “a constitution has been voted “. The observatory conceded that problems have occured during the constitutional referendum but argued to prefer the Rajoelina constitution to the Dr. Simao´s draft. 
“The situation will remain blocked as long as some politicians keep on believing that they´d be the ones left behind either by the 4th republic´s constitution, or the SADC´s roadmap”. The SEFAFI is conscious that the HAT cannot internationally validate its power by elections without the 3 spheres. 
The Ravalomanana, Zafy and Ratsiraka spheres have to send representatives into the CENI (local electoral commission). Why not keeping on corrupting figures as during the errections of the HAT´s convention and the TGV Vital II government? 
The SEFAFI actually did take notice of the uncertainties depicted by the SADC´s hesitation. The troika´s meeting would have lead to no progress at all. Neither the referendum nor the Vital II government have been recognized as accomplished stages toward the recovery of constitutional order. 
“Do we have to deal with a mediation or with a referee? some politicians are making a referee out of the SADC when they need it”, argued the SEFAFI. nothing has been decided yet concerning the chief of state´s summit, which is a cause for concerns the observatory. 
The SEFAFI pushes therefore the HAT to move forward and organize legislative and presidential elections in 2011. The observatory of national life is not for simultaneously casting both votes, and recommend to organize the legislative one first, for the sake of making an idea of the candidates´potentials. 
Only France is appearing as impatient as the HAT to have the ruling power turned into a legal régime, to the point of ignoring warnings from the SADC and the AU concerning the misuse of democratic means. The Malagasy are now supposed to understand that it is no pledge for international recognition after the failure of the very personal referendum used to validate Andry Rajoelina´s power.
