Andry Rajoelina keeps on with his roadmap : the Transition has to end with the year 2010

Andry Rajoelina will not re-enact another Transition. The transitional leader is keen on maintaining the Transition under its current shape up to the fourth Republic’s advent.

The High Authority of Transition is intending to launch the constitutional referendum right after the national conference’s completion. Legislative and presidential elections are dimmed to take place in December.
