Bomb attack alarm: the national Gendarmerie is inciting the population to be careful

The recent false bomb scare in the guest houses of the participants of the National Conference in the LTP of Alarobia last Tuesday, September 14, brought about huge panic among the population of Antananarivo.  In order to prevent such situation from happening in the future, the national Gendarmerie is inciting the population of the capital to be careful every time they see suspicious boxes or plastic bags thrown in different places of the city. The first thing the population should do after discovering suspicious object is to keep away from it and securing the area surrounding it. Then, they must quickly inform the authority of the existence of the suspicious object. For that, they can call the following numbers: 0340570068 and 0334137299 to call the National Gendarmerie, and 0202222735 to call the National Police Department.
