CENI: doubtful independence

Hery Rakotomanana, president of the Independent National Electoral Commission, strains to draw a veil on any form of collaboration with the ruling power, and does it well, for being a lawyer. 
Doubts concerning the commission´s independence did not wither for so much. It is actually being paid by the ruling power, although it should not. 
Hery Rakotomanana even committed to defend himself his commission: “we are not entitled to outstandingly high wages”. Who knows though? Andry Rajoelina definitely refrained from revealing the amount. “They receive what they deserve to earn” he merely declared. Everyone got the point
