District chiefs are getting ready to tackle the elections’ organization

The National Conference has come to an end. Its resolutions are far from reaching unanimous pledge, in no way a hurdle between the authorities and their elections. 119 district chiefs from all over the country are meeting this week at the Interior Ministry in order to tackle the organization of elections. November 17th’s referendum will be the HAT’s first showdown
