Hubert: More of 85.000 victims and about thirty fatalities

According to the latest news, Hubert caused about thirty casualties and more of 85.000 homeless victims namely in the eastern and southeastern parts of Madagascar. 

The tropical storm vanished one week ago, but damages are increasingly proving to be far more significant than expected. The meteor’s might was relatively slight compared to the Great Isle’s latest cyclones, but the aftermaths are, as a matter of fact, as much important as those of its predecessors. The endless rains brought by storm Hubert are the ones to be blamed. 

Rescue is coming in. The United States offered the equivalent worth 40.000 dollars to help the population. Unicef representatives based in Madagascar have recently completed a scouting flight over the damaged regions.
