Indonesian Embassy: for further cooperation with Madagascar

The Indonesian Embassy in Madagascar highlighted its commitment and willingness to strengthen the bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and the Big Island during the latter’s participation in the International Fair of Madagascar (FIM). The Indonesian Embassy has already brought its major contribution namely in the agricultural sector while cooperating with “JICA”, an important technical and tripartite partner in the field of agriculture.

 Indeed, this particular field, highly vital for Madagascar’s economy, really needs the contribution and help of country like Indonesia. Thus, in order to demonstrate such commitment, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Java-East, led by Sarwono, the officer of economic affairs at the Indonesian Embassy participated in the International Fair of Madagascar and exhibited some Indonesian handicrafts products.
