Its fourth Republic underway: The HAT prepares an exhilarating party

Andry Rajoelina, the one who led a putsch against Marc Ravalomanana, is intending to re-open the capital city´s new city hall on December 11th, some 38 years after its destruction in an arson. A large scale celebration is equally going to take place inside Mahamasina´s stadium on the same day in order to welcome the incoming 4th Republic.

In between, the political situation is everything but still. The High Constitutional Court has officially been asked to cancel November 17th´s results, the game is not over yet. Celebrations have however been scheduled long before the publication of official results hugely challenged by the oppostion and the civil society
