More than half of the electoral register to be reprocessed

Succeeding in organizing believable elections in 2012 still remains a tremendous challenge. Scores of experts noticed that at least 52% of the electoral register have a defect as a conclusion to the observation of the National Independent Electoral Commission´s latest achievement.
