New roads for Nosy Boraha island

The news has gone to the heart of the inhabitants of Nosy Boraha as Malagasy Prime Minister, Jacques Sylla, during the opening ceremony of the festival of the whales, solemnly promised the rehabilitation of some 20 kilometers of roads on this exotic island of Madagascar.  Sainte Marie (as the island was named by the French) can only become even more pleasant to live and to visit.  The inhabitants of the island are delighted already.  Those who already visited the island cannot wait to see Nosy Boraha’s new look.
