The parliamentary session will be addressing the next electoral consultation, most likely local elections. Some voices are openly pointing at an excuse to make the session last longer as usual, for it is not the political class´s priority yet.

Parliamentarians must be patient, those expecting for the amnesty act too

 

The amnesty act is not part of the transitional Convention´s schedule; nobody is apparently keen on addressing this sensible theme 

A pastor expressed his views on the Malagasy political situation and became the first one daring quite a clear point. Pastor Mailhol affirmed: “The amnesty act should be passed after the erection of an extended congress by the opposition´s spheres. It could be a pledge for a general amnesty and the opportunity to recover home soil for political exiled figures, namely Marc Ravalomanana, and to run the next elections.”
