Some of the High Authority of Transition's president's advisors and cabinet members are considered by the regime's top figures as being the source of the present political stumbling block.

Political hindrance: Rajoelina’s close collaborators pointed at

Members of the High Authority of Transition are currently requiring Haja Resampa to step down from his position as the transition’s cabinet director. A couple of Andry Rajoelina’s advisors and close collaborators are equally in the sight of those HAT, namely Norbert Ratsirahonana and Zazah Ramandiambiarison. Let it be reminded that both men used to be part of Marc Ravalomanana’s collaborators.

The HAT is straining to clean its closets up as much as possible. The sharks are getting rid of their chain’s bad links as a way to tackle the paralyzed political situation. Arguments and view differences have been turned into an opened secret during the latest weeks. One side is longing for a come back to the Maputo agreements, while the other side is dying for keeping going on without consensus with any of the three other mobilities.

The international Contact Group will be holding a meeting on February 18th, in Addis-Ababa, and address the Malagasy crisis one more time. Until then, HAT members are yearning, or reduced, to decide through secret vote, whether complying with the Maputo and Addis-Ababa deals or not.
