She is now everywhere, on the ground and on the headlines. Mialy Rajoelina is striving to pave her young husband's way toward the presidential grail. Through a very civilized speech with a charming lullaby tone, the transitional first lady of the transition is tackling the conquest of the audience her way.

Pre electoral campaign: Mialy Rajoelina, the HAT seduction asset

Mialy Rajoelina is tackling public relation for her husband. In response to critiques denouncing political calculations to be lurking behind good deeds, the young first lady had to turn out an association for the sake of credibility. “Fitia” or love, the message is not that far from the TGV gameplay. The distribution of humanitarian help and supplies to the needy persons is at the center of this public relation operation. Mialy Rajoelina is pushing the marketing offensive as far as possible. She is pretending to be the youth’s favorite godmother, and associating her name to a cellphone operator’s professional training, or also to a house of the youth, a public institution.

In face of a panel of young ones standing on the edge of professional life, here it is how Mialy Rajoelina is transmitting her long experience of life. The introduction is a scoop; each and everyone have to face up to failure and disappointment in life. “No one is born as a winner or looser, and everybody must face up to the showdown… Success doesn’t knock at your door and waits for you to open it, you have to go forward and fight for it”. The speech perfectly matches the TGV doctrine, does it not? “Reaching his goal in life is the expression of success…failures are occasions to draw lessons.”

In Ambositra, the HAT first lady was the new house of youth’s sponsor, the inauguration speech was a wee bit less elusive but the propaganda hardcore remained true to itself. Mialy Rajoelina addressed the youth in general as if she was addressing one of them. “Do not hesitate! You are the single responsible of whatever you are deciding to do to reach your goal… even though your ideas are littered with failures, failures are lessons for you. Do find the way to draw experience from your experiments”. And she added a slight sting of poetry: “The clouds will necessarily vanish even though it rains.”

Mialy Rajoelina is also able to appear more pragmatic: “Changing the reality involves motivation”. She is drawing a romantic remake of the youth tackling the American dream: “young, responsible, reliable and filled with trust to fight for the ultimate goal”. She does not forget the occasion to connect with the audience. “I am as young as you are; I know that one needs leisure and knowledge”. We have the perfect godmother, do we not?. Mialy Rajoelina  was keen on reminding that most of her social deeds through the Fitia association are directed at the youth.

The TGV being a young association mutating into a political party, the HAT first lady’s public relation tours are an important contribution to propaganda. Mialy Rajoelina is, on her own, filling the party’s gaps in a relatively satisfying way. She is carefully refraining from having too visible communication cells and social actions experts to advertise her deeds. Part of her followers is a brood of TGV and the HAT propaganda voices.  Andry Rajoelina bluntly defended his wife’s operation. “they are people making good deeds, are we going to hinder them?”, he said. After all, is he not the very first recipient of these people’s “good deeds”?.
