The ultimate goal is the restoration of the rule of rights in Madagascar after four years of undisputed abuses of all sorts at every level. In quite a criticizing analysis report towards the transitional regime in Madagascar, Professor Ranjeva compared it to the “Wild State”, as defined by Hobbes. The situation must come to an end in order not to reach the “Defecting State” breakpoint, and the brink of complete chaos. The former international judge of The Hague emphasized the need to restore such a Rule of Rights as far more relevant priority than the elections in the country. “No election can ever be accepted as free, fair or believable without any State of Rights” outlined Raymond Ranjeva
