In a press declaration produced on Tuesday October 12h, Raymond Ranjeva, an internationally famed jurist, made his willingness a new transition expected to be "neutral" and based on the respect of the fihavanana, the legendary brotherhood between Madagascans.

Raymond Ranjeva called the political sphere leaders technically bound by the Maputo agreements upon driving the crisis to an end. 

 

A special call was addressed to the present Transition’s leader, Andry Rajoelina, a call to surrender power to a new transtion. 

 

Rajoelina’s supporters have been rejecting Raymond Ranjeva for months, but he keeps on displaying a will to move forward.
