Riots in Antananarivo

The police forces´ intervention was a must in order to protect Chinese tradesmen and to prevent plunders. The capital city center was once again nowhere far from hot nights. The embassy of China quickly strained to deactivate the social time bomb and declared “its focus on the regrettable incident”. The official statement declared furthermore: “when having knowledge of the situation, it ( the embassy) called upon full cooperation with the police forces, and the detention of the guilt. Besides, the embassy is closely following the wounded victim´s estate”
