SACAF or the show about Malagasy gastronomy

The association of hotel and restaurant (ASHORT) and the Chamber of Agriculture or Tranoben’ ny Tantsaha organize in the capital, for the first time, a show for the art of cooking and agriculture (SACAF).  It will be open from September 2nd to 4th at the national Palais des Sports et de la Culture.  The show will promote the sector of restoration and that of agriculture.  But, in the same time, the event constitutes a better occasion to get familiar and, especially, to taste the best of Malagasy dishes.
