Strikes do not wear off at Antananarivo city’s university

The strike launched by some departments’ professors thoroughly turned the schedule upside down. Students consequently joined forces with them for the sake of contributing to restore order as early as possible. And the university’s staff emulated as well. The ruling has however responded with a violent crackdown on one of their latest demonstration. The struggle and the interests now do converge. Damages are being shared as well. The strike completely upsets what is left of the university’s educational program. The new year supposed to have started many months ago seems to be gone once for good
