Ever since the announcement of the new restructuring of government, the outgoing ministers have been getting a move on to capture political leaders' attention. The goal is naturally to be kept within the next promotion.

Nowadays, the sun rises every morning with a new Committee supportive of some current minister. ONce in place the committee begins with writing a statement in favour of the concerned minister’s presence within the next government. The statement is, as wanted by the latest fashion trend in Antananarivo, to be broadcasted by media and radio channels close to the High Authority of Transition.  

 

But here is the rub: ministers are now compelled to strive to convince Andry Rajoelina himself. More than half of the government’s members will have to hit the road and make place for the other political mobilities, in accordance with the Addis Ababa and Maputo power sharing agreements. 

 

Only the best and the most active ones will be retained by Andry Rajoelina in the next government of Transition with his mobility label. Outgoing ministers are, thereupon, enforcing shamefully tremendous advertisement campaign. 

 

Media shows are turned into a first necessity good for the HAT ministers. They appear ready for the go-no-go bet to preserve their seats. Some Public Service Ministry agents launched a strike to resent the assignment of this department in the Didier Ratsiraka mobility, without reaction from the minister in charge, as a radical stand to spoil the canvas. Some ministers are, however, bound to accept the idea of leaving their positions to somebody else, for the sake of the political agreement.
