The mysterious Nosy Lonjo

Since decades, postcards represent Nosy Lonjo as a distinguishing mark which makes it possible to recognize and identify the town of Antsiranana, in the North of Madagascar.  The island is inaccessible for mysterious reasons.  Nobody is authorized to put set afoot on it. This adds to the mystery of Nosy Lonjo which gives to the area of Antsiranana a pleasant aspect.  It is difficult to avoid the temptation take a shot of the island as one moves towards it to join the balneal sites of Ramena. Nosy Lonjo is supposed to be shaped as the bump of a zebu.
