The national dialog already a cause for reluctances

The political situation will not be altered by the HAT led national dialog. The locally named CCOC, a nebula made of  various groups and non governmental organizations from the Malagasy civil society, displayed evidences of reluctance, and questioned the decision making device’s neutrality.

The opposition’s mobility leaders sticking to the Maputo and Addis Ababa agreements are equally not intending to send any representatives.

However, nothing will be standing on the HAT led national dialog’s path. The political scheme will not be altered anyhow, as long as all of the mobilities are failing from being        addressed
