The Ravalomanana mobility won’t take part into the HAT national dialog

The Ravalomanana mobility’s stand is holding on. Is being required the implementation of the agreements signed by the country’s four main political mobilities, in Maputo and in Addis-Ababa. Is being, as so emphatically, condemned the umpteenth unilateral attempt. 

The HAT national dialog is expected to pass the fourth Republic’s constitution project to be presented to voters in August.
