The Ravalomanana sphere pissed off, for the former president is not allowed to recover home soil

These latest talks were held in response to a published ban on Marc Ravalomanana´s return on home soil. He will officially not be allowed to join Madagascar during three months. The ousted president´s supporters are holding this as an evidence of provocation, and as the mere first step of a plot aiming at keeping Marc Ravalomanana abroad, although such a ban is strictly forbidden by the roadmap, namely by its article 20 enforcing the “unconditional” return of Malagasy politically exiled figures on home soil. At the end of the latest parliamentary session, the Congress´s president Mamy Rakotoarivelo argued the need of a more peaceful political situation and of a complete implementation of the roadmap
