The fourth Republic´s constitution will be officially presented by Andry Rajoelina on December 11th at 08:30 a.m. This celebration day will become the first step into the new Republic in spite of strong opposition. No one works on December 11th, although it is a Saturday. The ruling power was keen on emphasizing how special the moment is supposed to be. On schedule: Andry Rajoelina opening the new City Hall at Antananarivo´s center on Independence avenue in Analakely, then Andry Rajoelina´s visit of the Queen´s Palace. La Constitution de la quatrième République sera promulguée par Andry Rajoelina, le chef de la Transition, samedi 11 décembre à 8h30 au palais de Iavoloha. Une journée de festivités marquera cette entrée dans la nouvelle république, malgré la contestation de l'opposition. La journée du 11 décembre a été décrété chômée et payée. C'est pourtant un samedi. Mais les autorités ont tenu à marquer d'une pierre blanche cette journée spéciale. Andry Rajoelina a prévu d'inaugurer le même jour le nouvel hôtel de ville au centre d'Antananarivo, sur l'avenue de l'Indépendance à Analakely.
