The National Reconciliation Council (FFM) drew up and addressed a certain peace charter to the Malagasy presidential election candidates, and seems to have failed to cause any particular stir among them. Merely 7 candidates out of 33 signed the Charter, 4 ones out of these 7 delegated the signature to deputies.
