One grenade has exploded not so far from the home of François Rakotozafy, the Special Electoral Court`S president, in Antananarivo in the 67Ha district. Neither victims nor damages have been recorded. The national state police dept and the police forces shortly argued about who would be entitled to lead the investigation of this "attempt". Une grenade a explosé non loin du domicile du président de la Cour Electorale Spéciale, François Rakotozafy, dans le quartier des 67ha à Antananarivo, sans faire ni victime ni dégât.
