The communication ministry´s led clearings are not to reporters´ liking

The minister holds it as a professionalization measure, some reporters however, as a soft way to enforce control over the Malagasy press in a politically troubled situation. The FREE FM radio station´s reporters are apparently topping the red list for regularly criticizing the transitional junta. Lalatiana Rakotondrazafy and Fidele Razara Pierre are pointing at frequency interference and pending threats to close the station. Both reporters became a problem for Rajoelina and his accomplices when they were put on the bench by the transitional leader´s VIVA radio station
