The Malagasy political crisis has a new look following the declaration of the SADC, while the supply of a politically, economically and socially relevant commodity is turning into a problem: oil based products are being newly rationed.

A crisis in the crisis: Fuels rationed

 
Since the weekend of pentecost, gas and diesel oil began to get scarce . Nothing left any room for prediction. Some fuel stations went out of order, and psychosis quickly invaded the driving world.  
The disagreement between the High Authority of Transition and the oil supplying companies about the profit margin is not yet settled. The state is keen on keeping its grip on prices. The oil suppliers are worried by their losses. On this account, the supplying companies decided to restrict the supply.  
In the capital city, fuel stations were besieged very early the morning. Queues have been emerging aroung fuel stations still able to provide oil up to the evening
