A government: resigns: an accomplished fact in order to avoid a consensual Prime minister

After 15 months spent protecting the HAT regime, the Prime minister Camille Vital deposed its government following the signature of the roadmap´s draft reached by the SADC´s envoys. This accomplished fact is supposed to enforce the acceptation of this draft as a roadmap, for it is providing the year 2009´s putsch maker with full control. Andry Rajoelina would be able to choose the Prime minister of his choice even if he is arguably deemed to be the one proposed by the other political forces.  
 
There were basically the Rajoelina sphere and the three other ones. Simao`s mediation seemingly recognized in its draft the faked consensus and inclusiveness created by the Rajoelina sphere, and considered the others as sub-spheres. There would be, in the meantime, eight Rajoelina supportive groupings against the opposition´s three sub spheres. For the sake of success for the mediation, inclusiveness is no more paramount, since “perfection cannot be reached in politics”.  
 
Who will thereupon be the new Prime minister chosen the president-king of the transition? The general Camille Vital is expecting the inevitable. “I´m in for managing the transition furthermore, my mission is not over yet “, he declared. His mission is actually the protection of the imposed regime against any form of opposition. The general Vital has a couple of successes on the hunting board: a couple of aborted putsches in the FIGN and the BANI military camps.    
 
After 15 months of totalitarian repression of the opposition to the HAT, the general Vital explained his strategic resignation. “The rule law in a democratic country is calling upon me to resign “. The political calculation is certainly not deemed to lead to a new government of consensus without a true political agreement basically expected to restore democracy.  
 
Andry Rajoelina warmly thanked the Prime minister for having insured his stay on top. “There is no time to lose, political forces are to send a name “, declared the now former Prime Minister, whose transitional mandate is supposed to end on March 22nd, 2011 according to the legal artefacts of 2009. Parties do propose, Andry Rajoelina has it his way, so reads Simao´s draft.  
 
The chief of the dictating power is particularly willing to speed things up so that no alteration is being brought to such a favorable stand. “Time for discussions is over, now is time for implementation of the consensual transition chosen by the roadmap to lead to  elections accepted by the Malagasy people, political parties and by the international community “.
