A new five stars hotel to come

It will be the greatest hotel establishment of the Large Island. The new five stars hotel, is especially built in preparation for the Summit of the African Union which will be held in Antananarivo in July 2009. It will be used thereafter however in the idea of a development of the tourist sector in the country. The hotel will have 240 standard rooms, 30 business suites, and 2 presidential luxurious suites and, outside, a swimming pool, a private park and a carpark arranged for 130 cars. For a height of 97 m, the hotel comprises a basement for the technical rooms, 23 stages as well as an accessible roof. It is a project carried out by Chinese investments. A jump ahead for local tourism.
